I have always seen Marlene as a colourist magician — and these two artworks, Bush Berry Ecru and Bush Berry Ash, reveal why.
When I first saw Ash, I was drawn to its cool, reflective aura — tranquil, graceful, and quietly powerful.
Its palette of silvery grey and muted earth felt like a deep breath after rain — steady, grounding, centred.
Together, Ecru and Ash became two expressions of womanhood — warmth and stillness, joy and grace.
I knew both belonged in this collection, created for women to express themselves freely — because you are bold, beautiful, and meant to be seen and heard.
